What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply my Hausa linguistics expertise to translation, interpretation, and linguistic QA—especially for technology content—while contributing to clear standards, cultural accuracy, and measurable language improvements.

I’m a Hausa language expert and analytical linguist with over eleven years of experience, specializing in ENG/FR and Hausa open source translation, interpretation, and analysis for technology-related terms programs.

My work consistently focuses on clarity and grammatical accuracy: I transcribe materials, prepare written assessments, and validate large Hausa language datasets. I’ve conducted research and analysis on more than 50,000 Hausa sentences to support intelligence and other high-stakes purposes.

I also build and improve teaching and translation assets. I developed Rumbun Bayanai (first Hausa language teaching software), and I’ve elaborated Hausa language teaching tools and syllabus used in many Chinese foreign languages schools.

Across four countries, I’ve delivered expert interpretation and translation for legal, medical, and corporate contexts, while performing linguistic rules validation and QA work (including Microsoft-related Hausa grammar rules). I bring strong cultural awareness across Hausa dialects to support regional and cultural analysis.
