I'm looking for a product or client success role on a SaaS team where I can own delivery end to end: turning customer needs into clear requirements, improving integrations and workflows, and staying close to the people actually using the product. I do my best work with technical teams on one side and non-technical stakeholders on the other. Open to remote, or on-site in Austin.
Hannah Cantrell
@hannahcantrell
I lead product delivery and client success for SaaS ticketing platforms used by museums, presidential centers, and halls of fame.
What I'm looking for
I've led product strategy and client success for TurnStyle, Lifeblue's SaaS ticketing and membership platform, working with organizations including the Bob Dylan Center, History Colorado Center, the George W. Bush Presidential Center, and the Dallas Zoo.
Most of my work lives at the seam between non-technical stakeholders and developers. I delivered a $104,000 custom Webflow platform build for the Bob Dylan Center and directed a $55,200 membership-portal project that unified multiple museum databases under one login and benefits structure. Day to day, that meant turning a box office manager's "this just isn't working" into a scoped requirement, running builds from discovery through CMS training and launch, and staying calm when orders stopped syncing in the middle of a peak sale.
I've managed integrations and data integrity across Shopify, Tessitura, Salesforce, and Raiser's Edge NXT, and I automate my own workflows where I can: custom Zapier automations against the Productive API for retainer tracking and portfolio reporting, plus Claude-assisted account management workspaces for meeting prep and institutional recall.
Background in English Literature with graduate coursework in data science, which is a combination that has served me better than it probably sounds like it should.
