Product Manager with 10+ years across SaaS, CRM, payments, and multi-sided platforms. I use AI to move faster from discovery to launch.
What I'm looking for
I'm a product manager with 10+ years of SaaS experience across CRM, e-commerce, payments, and multi-sided platforms. I use AI throughout the product lifecycle, from customer discovery and market research to building prototypes and internal tools that remove bottlenecks in how teams work. I'm skilled at identifying customer pain points and market trends, and translating them into outcomes and specifications that align teams around what's best for both the customer and the business.
I have a deep understanding of how things work under the hood, including architecture, APIs, and payments, which lets me work with engineers as a true partner when we're scoping tradeoffs. I approach problems with empathy, and it shows in the way I take on initiatives beyond my formal scope and build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams, even through periods of major institutional change.
I'm looking for my next opportunity with a SaaS company where I can bring AI fluency, deep customer discovery, and technical understanding to products that genuinely help the people who use them.
Outside of work, I'm an active musician, producer, orchestral composer, and audio engineer, which has shaped the way I collaborate and approach problems with creativity. As a dual US/EU citizen, born and raised in the Middle East, and having traveled to over 30 countries, I bring a genuinely global perspective, which shapes the empathy I bring to understanding customers and what drives them.
