I also relaunched its marketing site, increasing inbound quote requests by 450%, new users by 348%, and session volume by 232%.

Through Handbuilt Digital, I manage technical product delivery, client relationships, scope architecture, and post-launch handoffs for small-business stakeholders. I use AI-augmented development to translate business constraints into deployed platforms, clear pricing frameworks, and retention-focused client experiences.

My ICU/CCU and outpatient care background taught me to coordinate high-stakes work, manage escalations, communicate across stakeholders, and maintain meticulous compliance documentation. I'm targeting remote Customer Success, Client Relationship, Operations, and Implementation work where technical fluency and trust-based relationship management matter.
