I'm looking to lead or architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, automation, and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

I've delivered ServiceNow solutions for NexGen Technologies, Techwave Solutions, Innovatech Solutions, and Vertex Consulting, with over 13 years of platform development experience. My work spans ITSM implementations, custom applications, service portals, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

At NexGen Technologies, I guided ITSM implementations, configured ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers, and delivered real-time reporting and performance analytics. I've also consolidated legacy data into CMDBs, aligned records to CSDM, and built HRSD onboarding portals that reduce manual effort.
