At Adventist Health Sonora, I direct daily operations for four outpatient clinics, supporting 35 employees and collaborating with 12–20 providers to improve service delivery and operational performance. I coordinate community resources, transportation, and support programs that improve access to care for Medicaid, Medicare, and underserved populations.
I've progressed from Medical Assistant to Lead Medical Assistant and Practice Administrator, bringing hands-on experience in patient care, EMR documentation, scheduling, referrals, insurance authorizations, staff development, recruitment, performance management, and workflow improvement. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and committed to accountable, patient-centered clinic operations.
