What I'm looking for

I'm interested in healthcare operations, process improvement, implementation, project support, and workflow-focused roles where I can create practical solutions that improve access, consistency, patient experience, and clinic performance.

At BJC Medical Group, I manage ambulatory operations for primary care and specialty services, improving daily workflows, patient access, provider support, and operational consistency.

I develop standard work across scheduling, referrals, work queues, in-basket coverage, pre-charting, and rooming. I also coordinate provider onboarding, clinic growth, and practice transitions, using Epic workflows to support scheduling, readiness, communication, and access-center coordination.

Previously, I led operations for five primary care clinics at JCH Medical Group, managing multi-site staffing and payroll for more than 40 employees while supporting budgets, purchasing, policy implementation, quality, and patient-experience initiatives. My background began in medical assisting and team leadership, giving me practical insight into clinical workflows and the day-to-day needs of care teams.
