I am an Agile professional with over 10 years of experience in software delivery, quality engineering, and cross-functional team leadership. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software in Agile environments.

In my most recent role, I led a distributed QA practice across Latin America, mentoring engineers, coordinating delivery efforts, supporting sprint planning and execution, tracking metrics, and driving continuous process improvements. I enjoy helping teams remove obstacles, improve collaboration, and deliver predictable outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Beyond QA leadership, I have led strategic initiatives involving data analytics, executive reporting, AI-powered solutions, and process optimization. These experiences strengthened my ability to align technical execution with business objectives, facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders, and support data-driven decision making.

I hold Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, along with ISTQB and PECB certifications, and I am passionate about servant leadership, Agile coaching, and creating high-performing teams.
