I am a dedicated technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture, data analytics, and project management. Currently, I serve as the Director of the Agency of Development and Innovation at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, where I manage and implement technology projects aimed at enhancing public security. My role involves researching and developing new technologies, coordinating inter-institutional solutions, and ensuring cybersecurity across various institutions.

With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Big Data and Analytics from EUDE Business School and certifications from Microsoft, I have honed my skills in data analysis, technical architecture design, and cloud-based software development. My passion for teaching has led me to educate future professionals in data science and business intelligence at several universities in the region, sharing my knowledge and experience to inspire the next generation of technology leaders.
