I led the end-to-end creation of a new upholstery product line, defining users, success criteria, scope, and taxonomy to expand an established platform into a new vertical.

Previously, I led product strategy and execution for a sports injury analytics platform, partnering with medical experts, engineering, data, and design to deliver dashboards, scoring models, and reporting while ensuring analytics integrity and adoption. I also improved internal processes and reporting, ran interim project management, and instituted structured tracking and enterprise reporting.
