What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or data support role where I can use CRM systems, reporting, documentation, data validation, and bilingual communication while continuing to grow in analytics and data science.

I've supported the Michaels Project at Synergies by managing customer cases in CRM systems, maintaining operational records, validating data, and updating internal tracking systems.

At Casa de Campo, I coordinated service requests and follow-ups while maintaining documentation and supporting daily administrative operations. I've also supported event logistics and delivered real-time English-Spanish interpretation at Teleperformance.

I'm currently pursuing a Technology Degree in Analytics & Data Science and bring bilingual communication, organized documentation, reporting, and operational support skills.
