I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can manage CRM data, prepare clear reports, support operations, and strengthen customer follow-up—using my attention to detail and reliable administrative execution to improve day-to-day performance.

I’m an administrative and operations support professional with over four years of experience supporting business operations through CRM management, database maintenance, reporting, data analysis, and customer support. I’m known for strong attention to detail, organization, and delivering accurate work in fast-paced environments.

In my recent role as an Administrative Assistant, I managed end-to-end lead intake, maintained CRM data integrity, and tracked customer and contract records in Salesforce and AdminBase. I also generated operational, sales, and customer satisfaction reports to support daily business performance and coordinated with Australian clients on customer and administrative matters.

Earlier, I supported agricultural community development through feasibility studies and market research as a Science Research Analyst at PhilRice (DA), and strengthened my customer service foundation as a Customer Service Representative handling high-volume inquiries and resolving billing and service issues.
