I’m looking for a remote role where I can turn operational data into clear reports, support clients and teams with strong CRM accuracy, and contribute reliable documentation and analysis in a detail-driven environment.

I’m an Economics and Statistics graduate with hands-on experience across operations management, administrative support, customer service, reporting, CRM systems, and data analysis. In remote work settings, I’m recognized for accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and delivering high-quality results.

As an Operations Manager, I prepare weekly and monthly operational reports in Excel and Google Sheets, analyze operational data including budgets, payroll, and inventory, and maintain performance dashboards and accurate records.
