What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an FMCG sales or customer service role where I can grow key accounts, expand markets, strengthen distributor relationships, improve execution, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

I've grown FMCG sales and customer relationships at Mukurwe-ini Wakulima Dairy Ltd across Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA, and institutional channels.

In Nairobi, I increased Modern Trade sales by 80% through business development and new HORECA customer recruitment. I also manage a General Trade portfolio of about 70 distributors, 20 minimarts, and 18 institutional customers, coordinating orders, reconciliation, payments, logistics, and product availability.

Across the Mt. Kenya region, I've reactivated dormant accounts, launched products, secured strategic supermarket listings, and led merchandising teams to strengthen execution, visibility, and sales growth.
