Earlier in London, I managed day-to-day operations at The Bird in Hand and ran scheduling, training, and performance tracking at The Oak W2. I also supported campaigns and promotions and handled customer complaints.
My earlier work includes coordinating project budgets, schedules, and stakeholders at Arsan Group, and managing sales operations and customer portfolios at Eti Mermer Granit Ltd. I hold a master's degree in management from University of Westminster, graduated with Merit, and bring international experience and the discipline of a former professional tennis player.
