What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a destination or sales leadership role where I can grow B2B partnerships, drive luxury hotel/tour bookings, negotiate contracts, and coordinate sales with marketing—working in an international, results-focused environment.

I’m a Destination Sales Manager who drives B2B growth in the TR market, working closely with outgoing agencies on hotel bookings, daily luxury tours, and individual transfers. I’m comfortable owning the full sales rhythm—from lead sourcing to closing—while keeping service and commercial outcomes aligned.

Most recently, I’ve worked as a Destination Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager, strengthening relationships across travel partners and optimizing how we book and sell experiences. I also managed sales at OSLO DENTAL CLINIC, where I focused on structured sales execution from opportunity to conversion.

Earlier at Maxx Royal Resorts, I generated leads, met or exceeded sales goals, and negotiated all contracts with prospective clients. I supported pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations, prepared weekly and monthly reports, and delivered sales presentations while coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Before that, I built a broader commercial foundation as a Sales Specialist for Vakıf Pazarlama—promoting, marketing, and selling bank commercial products to corporate companies—and as a Sales and Marketing Representative at MNG Kargo, handling agreement-based company services, collections, and new company acquisition as well as field operations. I started my career in hospitality as a Restaurant Specialist, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Uluslararası İlişkiler ve Meseleler from Akdeniz Üniversitesi.
