At Pangkat Dua, I lead end-to-end Human Capital operations, including organizational structuring, workforce planning, and performance management. I’ve designed workflows and role profiles, developed KPIs, and prepared monthly reports and recommendations for leadership.

At Heart Troops, I led the HR function for a modest fashion brand, developing performance frameworks and compensation strategies while supporting recruitment and HR digitalization. I also advised the CEO and leadership team on people matters, including change and restructuring.

At VOX ASIA (BraveHub.io), I worked across recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and workplace operations, with experience coordinating between Indonesia and European offices. I’m also a freelance IT recruiter, headhunting technology talent and supporting clients through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
