What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in HRBP, Talent Branding, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, or people management where I can build talent pipelines, strengthen employer brand, support organizational change, and contribute to business strategy.

I'm currently driving Talent Branding & Acquisition at Hyundai Motors Indonesia, leading campus engagement, employer branding campaigns, university partnerships, and end-to-end hiring for managerial and non-managerial roles.

At British American Tobacco Indonesia, I led InternUP and Global Graduate recruitment, building intern conversion pipelines that placed 3 interns into the Global Graduate Program and 5 into permanent roles. I also improved Global Graduate hiring lead time by 2x through recruitment process improvement.

My work spans talent acquisition, EVP and employer branding, recruitment reporting, workforce planning, onboarding, employee engagement, and organization development. I partner closely with business leaders to turn hiring needs and talent insights into practical people solutions.

I've also founded and managed an F&B business and supported startup operations at MAIKA Digital Agency, where I helped build organizational structures, hiring plans, operational systems, and business strategy. I bring a business-minded approach to people, culture, and growth.
