In my current HR Staff role, I manage end-to-end recruitment—from talent sourcing and headhunting to candidate screening and interview coordination. I also handle urgent hiring for both freelance and full-time needs, and I’ve successfully recruited for 5 key roles in just 6 months.
I strengthen engagement and development through structured internal sharing sessions, facilitated with the right external instructors.
