I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales and client support professional based in Colombia with over 4 years of experience across insurance, healthcare, and financial services. My career started in banking support at BBVA, then moved into medical insurance at Optum, where I spent 3+ years processing claims and clinical documentation for U.S. clients under strict HIPAA compliance. From there I moved into sales at Asurion, closing deals in insurance and tech-protection services while consistently exceeding quality and retention metrics, and I currently work a U.S.-facing auto services account as a sales appointment setter, coordinating directly with dealers to keep quotes accurate and deals moving.

What sets me apart is the combination of a sales mindset with the discipline of compliance-driven work — I'm comfortable handling objections and closing revenue goals, but just as comfortable with detailed documentation and accuracy under pressure. I'm fully remote-ready, available weekends, and looking for sales, claims, or client success roles with international teams.

Outside of work, I'm the creative director and founder of an independent bedroom-pop music project (Agraciada), where I've led brand identity, content strategy, and live performance concepts featured at Festival Estéreo Picnic, Colombia's largest music festival. That creative background shapes how I communicate with clients — clearly, persuasively, and with attention to detail.
