I’m looking for a role where I can deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service while processing claims or supporting administration. I want to optimize workflows so teams can focus on their work, using strong communication and problem-solving to help customers.

I am a resourceful, customer service oriented professional with strong commercial skills, and I build warm, sustainable relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through. In my current role as an Insurance Claims Agent, I focus on delivering efficient, empathetic support while helping policyholders move forward with confidence.

Since Feb 2025, I serve as a Claims Representative handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) for multiple U.S.-based insurance companies. I process initial reports of auto and property claims, accurately document claim details, verify basic coverage, and route cases to the appropriate departments for further handling while maintaining high call quality and performance metrics.

Before that, I supported administrative teams as an Administrative Assistant across multiple positions (Jan 2020–Dec 2021). I managed office resources, coordinated appointments for clients, sent timely reminders, and handled customer communications through calls, email, and chat—answering questions, resolving issues, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless experience.

I bring a strong problem-solving mindset and a customer-first tone, with experience in conflict resolution, assertive communication, and remote collaboration. I use tools including DotClaim, Salesforce, Five9, Outlook, proprietary CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to organize work, improve service through monthly reporting, and help teams by supporting onboarding and best practices.
