I process initial reports of auto and property claims, accurately document claim details, verify basic coverage, and route cases to the appropriate departments for further handling while maintaining high call quality and performance metrics.
Before that, I supported administrative teams as an Administrative Assistant across multiple positions (Jan 2020–Dec 2021). I managed office resources, coordinated appointments for clients, sent timely reminders, and handled customer communications through calls, email, and chat—answering questions, resolving issues, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless experience.
