At Study First, I manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee database administration. I processed more than 200 applications and shortlisted 35 accepted interns within one month.

As PIC for the Mentorship Program Recruitment, I lead full-cycle hiring from screening through interview coordination and offer extension, recruiting 11 qualified candidates. I also developed onboarding guides and tailored training schedules for 35 new interns.

I'm a Psychology graduate from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat and a BNSP-certified Human Resources Staff. My academic and professional training has strengthened my foundation in HR administration, recruitment, training design, performance management, HRIS, and Indonesian labor law.

I've designed recruitment, selection, and training programs through industrial and organizational psychology projects, including training needs analysis and Kirkpatrick evaluations. I'm eager to support end-to-end HR operations and employee development initiatives.
