What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles where I can apply recruitment, payroll and HRIS skills in collaborative teams, grow professionally, and drive operational improvements.

I am a driven Cartography and Remote Sensing graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a strong passion for Human Resources and hands-on experience managing HR operations for student and community teams.

I have led recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, PPh 21 administration, and employment-law–aligned processes while coordinating HR for 50+ members and managing HRIS and documentation.
