What I'm looking for

I'm seeking HR or organizational roles focused on recruitment, assessment, and training in collaborative, learning-focused teams where I can grow and contribute.

I'm a sixth-semester Psychology student at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung with hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and psychological assessment, driven by a strong interest in HR and organizational applications of psychology.

I have served as Vice Coordinator of Student Development Program, Assistant Lecturer for Psychological Assessment Instruments, and Secretary of the Psychology Network, where I led recruitment campaigns, administered assessments, facilitated trainings, and managed documentation and communications.

I prioritize collaborative people development, evidence-based assessment, and practical leadership growth; I'm eager to join a team where I can contribute, continue learning, and help create meaningful organizational impact.
