What I'm looking for

I seek HR roles focused on recruitment, talent acquisition, and staff development in collaborative environments that value process improvement and candidate experience.

I am an HR and recruitment professional with practical experience in sourcing candidates, managing recruitment portals, and supporting onboarding and administrative functions. I have worked across insurance and nonprofit sectors, helping find prospects, assisting claims support, and compiling recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.

I recently completed a psychology degree and bring strengths in public speaking, candidate assessment (including psychological test experience), and multilingual communication (English, Bahasa Indonesia, French). I am driven to help organizations build excellent teams and streamline hiring processes.
