I've supported personnel administration and HR operations at Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Central Office, managing employee records, documentation, HR information, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

I support recruitment and personnel selection through candidate coordination, assessment, documentation, follow-up, and employee communication. I also assist with HR policies, employee services, onboarding-related activities, and multiple personnel processes while meeting deadlines.

Across professional and organizational projects, I've coordinated training and development programs, participant information, schedules, materials, and follow-up. As a regional instructor for economic census activities, I trained and coordinated approximately 50–100 personnel.

I'm building toward international HR and People Operations opportunities, bringing experience in employee lifecycle support, recruitment, training coordination, and HR systems. I'm organized, adaptable, and ready to learn new HRIS, ATS, and People Operations platforms while collaborating with international teams.
