At Placer Community Action Council/KidZCommunity, I advanced from Human Resource Coordinator to Human Resources Operations and Benefits Specialist while supporting agency-wide HR operations and serving as Interim Supervisor and an Executive Team Member.

I've led full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, workplace investigations, benefits administration, FMLA compliance, compensation analysis, succession planning, performance reviews, and employee onboarding and offboarding. I created a paperless onboarding system that reduced onboarding time by 50% and increased data accuracy, and automated payroll requests to reduce processing errors by 80%.

I launched and administered a new LMS, created HRMS tracking and compliance modules, and supported staff through system configuration, training, and ongoing technical assistance. I also developed policies and procedures, audited the Employee Handbook, and managed agency-wide events, conferences, and celebrations.

Before HR, I built a strong foundation in administration, customer service, accounting, payroll, reporting, and operations across insurance, automotive, and mortgage organizations. I'm passionate about fostering inclusive, people-focused workplaces and creating positive, productive employee experiences.
