I’m an IT support professional with a strong foundation in systems, troubleshooting, and security best practices. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and ITIL v4 Foundation certifications, and I’ve supported Windows and Linux environments with user access management, VPN connectivity, and technical documentation.

I’m known for strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering reliable IT support and maintaining secure, efficient operations. My work emphasizes identity & access management (IAM), Active Directory support, network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP), and security & compliance support.

Previously, I served in a high-security environment with the United States Air Force - Security Forces, responding to security incidents and alarms using structured escalation procedures and documented findings. I maintained accurate reports and documentation under pressure, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure adherence to established security policies.

Most recently, at Dish Network as an IT Technician, I supported user account setup, access management, onboarding and offboarding, and permission updates following security and company policies. I also assisted with device setup, configuration, and deployment (laptops, peripherals, and software installations) while maintaining documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
