I’m a resourceful IT professional with experience in technical support, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I bring a service-focused mindset, strong documentation, and hands-on troubleshooting across end-user devices and enterprise software.

In my current IT Support Service Desk role at Spectrum, I deliver end-user desktop support for Windows laptops, desktops, and tablets, performing IMAC services and enterprise hardware refreshes. I install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, managing imaging and data migration, while handling user accounts and access through Active Directory.

Previously, I supported desktop and server deployments as an AI Server Technician at SMS InfoComm, including system imaging for new deployments and maintaining asset inventory through refresh lifecycles. Earlier, as a remote Help Desk Technician at Apex Systems, I resolved thousands of monthly service requests in ServiceNow and handled incident work, data migration, and domain-level connectivity issues—then strengthened my security and cloud foundation through remote labs at ACI Learning Tech Academy using AWS services like EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, RDS, and Route 53. With CompTIA Security+ (in progress), AWS Cloud Practitioner, and ServiceNow administration experience, I’m ready to take on IT Support or Cybersecurity Analyst work.
