I’m an IT support-focused specialist with hands-on experience in identity/access troubleshooting, remote user support, and structured technical workflows in regulated environments. I’ve worked on state-managed digital benefit and workforce systems, helping users solve access problems quickly and accurately.

In my remote role, I resolved account access issues including password resets, MFA problems, and identity verification workflows. I guided non-technical users through secure, multi-step system processes, documented and escalated system errors and access issues using regulated support procedures, and maintained compliance while handling sensitive personal data.

I bring strong fundamentals across Windows and Linux, plus networking and cloud concepts. My technical foundation includes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN troubleshooting, subnetting fundamentals, and cloud & security fundamentals such as AWS, EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC basics—along with the shared responsibility model.

To deepen my readiness, I practice systems administration in my homelab with virtual networking environments, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting workflows. I also explore web application analysis and security tools like OWASP ZAP and Google Gruyere, and I’m actively certified as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner while pursuing CompTIA Network+.
