What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can follow up on overdue accounts daily, negotiate repayment options, resolve customer issues, and keep loan records accurate in a system-driven team.

I handle daily borrower outreach for Comatrix, reaching customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email to keep due payments on track. I negotiate repayment plans within company policy, update the loan management system/CRM with call logs and feedback, and report on overdue accounts and outstanding balances.

Before that, I worked as a customer representative and marketer at Alakowe fish, resolving complaints, identifying customer needs, and promoting products through tailored solutions. I also escalate unresolved, high-risk, or delinquent accounts to my supervisor while educating customers on loan terms, due dates, interest, and the consequences of late payment.
