I’m looking for a fintech or credit-operations role where I can drive loan recovery results, negotiate responsibly, manage CRM-based portfolios, and improve workflow efficiency—bringing my data privacy and UI/UX training to strengthen customer and operational outcomes.

I’m a results-driven Business Administration professional with over 4 years of experience across Fintech, Loan Recovery, and Customer Operations. Currently a Telecollector at Mida Technologies, I manage a high-volume loan recovery portfolio, exceed monthly targets through strategic repayment negotiations, and resolve sensitive cases with empathy while maintaining strong customer relationships.

I previously worked as an Account Manager / Loan Recovery at BFREE for tier-1 banking clients, including Access Bank, where I recovered funds ethically, streamlined recovery workflows, and adhered to financial compliance standards. With hands-on experience as a Customer Service Representative and a Project Management Intern, plus specialized training in UI/UX Design and Data Protection, I bring an analytical, operations-first approach grounded in negotiation, conflict resolution, and accurate CRM reporting.
