At Teleperformance, I supported TikTok for Business customers across EMEA with account and product questions, billing and eligibility queries. I troubleshot issues through to resolution or escalation, and trained new joiners on products, tools and quality standards.
Before that, I handled high-volume customer support for Amazon.fr by phone, email and chat, resolving questions about orders, deliveries, returns and refunds. I aimed to resolve issues at first contact while meeting customer-satisfaction and productivity targets.
For my final-year project at Huawei Technologies Tunisia, I built reporting dashboards for sales and finance teams and trained users on them. I also bring an MSc in Business Analytics, advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL to my support work.
