Gerardo de Jesus Juarez Estrada
@gerardodejesusjuarez
I turn supply chain, financial, and commercial data into profitable operational decisions.
What I'm looking for
I've spent 20+ years across mining, construction, and industrial equipment, including 14 years with Atlas Copco/Epiroc, translating supply chain, aftermarket, and commercial data into practical decisions. At Epiroc, I managed pricing and commercial analytics for a Parts & Service business of approximately US$100M and Consumables of US$25M, with pricing processes covering about 1 million part numbers.
I'm currently advising management on financial, operational, and commercial decisions through KPIs, inventory and cash-flow analysis, forecasting, and executive dashboards in Excel and Power BI. Previously at ATLIXFUEL, I helped grow operations from MXN 0 to approximately MXN 100 million in annual sales within one year while managing business development, logistics performance, and cost analysis.
