I'm looking for a 100% remote role where I can strengthen operations, build practical processes and controls, support commercial execution, and help teams scale with greater clarity and accountability.

At Panificadora Mariglo, I run end-to-end operations for two highest-revenue locations, accountable for approximately USD 1.5M in annual revenue and 21 people. I rebuilt operating procedures across payment handling, service, production, cleaning, and close-out so both sites can run consistently without me in the room.

I've spent nine years connecting finance, HR, production, purchasing, commercial, and technology work. From enabling three new locations through a USD 80K equipment investment to building marketing from zero and supporting high-ticket clients, I spot operational gaps, build practical controls, and carry changes through with the people who run them.
