What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex data, payroll, and Workday transformation work where I can shape migration strategy, improve data quality, and deliver reliable reporting and go-live outcomes.

I'm currently leading a Data Hub implementation for DuPont's EU Pay Transparency Directive, covering pay-element classification across 16 countries and around 2,600 employees. I develop data strategy, validate reporting and integration outputs, and manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and governance workstreams.

I've also led Workday migrations for a 23,000-employee divestiture and supported payroll migration across 80 legal entities in 14 countries. My work spans extraction, cleansing, transformation, mapping, reconciliation, testing, defect resolution, reporting, and cutover readiness.
