At Conduent, I document and structure SAP HR processes across 7+ transaction areas for a pharma client. I create and update procedures, workbooks, data tables, and process narratives to support audit readiness and documentation coverage.
I maintain trackers and status logs, record process gaps and follow-up actions in Jira, and work with SMEs and operations teams on SAP HRCore and Workday workflows. I’ve also supported three transition and go-live phases through testing support, knowledge transfer, and documentation updates.
Earlier at Conduent, I performed quality checks for onboarding and global mobility, delivered training, and designed interactive learning content in Articulate Storyline. At Xerox, I supported graduate onboarding and audit-related HR activities.
