At Oracle, I bring French payroll legislation into the development, testing, and validation of Oracle Cloud Payroll for France. I served as legislative analyst for France and helped shape an approach to DSN reporting that was embedded into the payroll design from the outset.
I translate French payroll rules and regulatory obligations into requirements for a usable cloud payroll solution, working with product and engineering teams to address statutory requirements and customer needs.
