What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote email/chat support role where I can resolve inquiries professionally, document cases accurately, and follow up promptly. I want a supportive team that values clear communication, attention to detail, and service excellence.

I’m a results-driven customer-focused professional with experience supporting clients through clear, professional email and chat communication. I currently complete NYSC at the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), where I help resolve consumer complaints with professionalism and accuracy.

In my roles, I draft correspondence, memos, and reports; maintain detailed case documentation; and ensure timely follow-up. I also supported HR and administrative operations through record management and scheduling, and I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enforce consumer protection policies.

Before this, I provided executive and personal assistant support for a wellness and beauty business—managing schedules, correspondence, and client touchpoints—and worked as a sales representative promoting pharmaceutical products, responding to inquiries, and preparing sales reports and activity logs. I’m also certified in AI automation, lead generation, and IT support, and I’m eager to bring that structured, service-oriented approach to remote customer support.
