I seek account or customer success roles where I can drive GMV and retention, lead cross-functional projects, leverage CRM and data, and grow within a supportive team—ideally in travel or tech-enabled services.

I am a customer-focused account and operations professional with over a decade of experience in travel and tech-enabled services.

At GrabFood I managed merchant-partner relationships and drove GMV growth. I have led teams at Easybook and managed customer experience systems like Freshdesk and Jira.

I bring deep operations and CRM expertise from Traveloka and BPO environments, including Salesforce, data quality control and reporting. I work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve processes.
