I've supported customers across SaaS, financial services, hospitality, e-commerce and business services for more than 20 years. Most recently, I book 60–80 Home Medicines Review appointments weekly at DMMR Australia while validating around 50 patient records daily.

At Jibble, I booked roughly 40 product demos per week against a target of 30 and supported customers with onboarding, account setup, time tracking, payroll, billing, integrations, and mobile and desktop product issues. I work confidently across phone, email, chat and ticketing environments using Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk and Salesforce.

At Sirius Support, I contributed across prospecting, demonstrations, onboarding, post-sale follow-up and customer issue resolution, while leading a four-person business development team. I also led digital-transition work for universities and businesses, helping secure a University of Toronto project worth approximately CAD 18,000 per month in subscription value.

My earlier experience includes leading customer-facing teams at Hilton and HSBC, handling complex complaints, retention, credit services, training and service recovery. I'm comfortable working independently in remote, international teams across time zones and supporting customers in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
