I seek a merchant- or account-focused role where I can drive revenue growth, lead cross-functional initiatives, and scale merchant success in a collaborative, product-driven team.

I am an experienced account and merchant manager focused on driving revenue and product adoption across SEA. I partner with merchants to align product features to business goals and ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and growth.

At ShopBack I led a remote account management team and helped merchants achieve a 10% revenue boost through personalised campaigns and upsell strategies. I've managed portfolios from micro to mid-market, servicing 100+ accounts using Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk. I also contributed to improved collections and operational processes in prior finance roles.

Outside day-to-day roles I launched an e-commerce brand, produce podcasts and enjoy storytelling — experiences that sharpen my brand, digital marketing and customer engagement skills.
