Gary Watt

With over thirty years of hands-on management experience, I am a seasoned executive dedicated to improving organizational efficiency and profitability. My career has been marked by a hands-on approach to projects, sales, and strategic management, allowing me to successfully launch new initiatives and collaborate across various departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

As the Founder and Managing Partner of North Star Investment Group, I am committed to providing safe, affordable housing for individuals aging out of foster care, as well as supporting first responders and teachers. My previous role as Regional Manager and part of the ownership group for Orangetheory Fitness studios in New Mexico and El Paso has honed my skills in business turnarounds and new product launches, where I excelled in building positive relationships with customers and mentoring sales teams to achieve success.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bridgewater College, complemented by a Minor in Marketing. I am passionate about community service, having coached various youth sports teams, and I continuously seek opportunities to leverage my extensive experience in business development and strategic planning.
