What I'm looking for

I am looking for a client-focused operations or logistics role where I can manage CRMs, train teams, handle sensitive information and improve processes in a collaborative environment.

I am an after‑hours logistics manager with broad experience across logistics, client care, sales and digital communication. I specialize in CRM management, preparing performance reports, and resolving operational issues under pressure.

My background includes client management roles in the USA, UAE and Czech Republic where I managed VIP accounts, approved sensitive client information, and delivered trainings for new hires. I have repeatedly supported cross‑functional teams by creating PPTs, maintaining CRMs and handling financial details.

I have taught English part‑time and worked as a digital communication specialist and sales executive, developing negotiation, persuasion and lead‑generation skills. I have experience with V‑tiger CRM, Mailchimp and working with Excel and SQL.
