I am an entrepreneurship graduate with hands-on experience building and operating a small food business and several frontline customer service roles. I combine business operations, marketing, and financial oversight from founding an empanada food hub with technical competency in customer-facing platforms and productivity tools.

My background includes internships in government healthcare support and multiple customer service roles supporting telecom and US-based mobile services, where I consistently met KPI targets, troubleshooted technical issues, and managed order and account workflows. I am proficient with MS Office, Shopify, OPERA/MICROS hospitality systems, scheduling tools like Calendly, and customer-service platforms.
