What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Representative with a proven track record of delivering excellent support through chat, email, and phone. I’m proficient in CRM tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce, and I focus on resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism while consistently meeting performance targets.
I’ve worked in customer care roles where I provided support via calls and email, managed and resolved inquiries, and helped clients with scheduling appointments and managing records. I also built a strong foundation through my Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship at Bulacan State University (2018–2020).
I’ve expanded my experience beyond pure support as a Recruiter Coordinator, maintaining knowledge of hiring practices, recruitment strategies, and staffing industry trends, and helping identify and resolve staff conflicts.
