I'm seeking a senior account or customer-success leadership role where I can use analytics and AI to drive revenue growth, coach teams, partner with C-suite stakeholders, and lead strategic account programs in a collaborative, growth-focused company.

I am a Strategic Account Manager and Customer Success leader with 7+ years of experience delivering measurable growth across technology and marketing sectors. I align complex marketing strategies with business goals and leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to maximize ROI.

In my current role as Vice President, Client Solutions I co-led CRM implementation, streamlined workflows, and helped generate $450K in upsell revenue in the first half of the year while managing strategic relationships with 60+ clients contributing to $950K ARR.

Previously I owned a $1M ARR portfolio, led EMEA commercial CSM team to exceed retention and upsell targets, and managed a €1.7M ARR portfolio with 92% retention.
