What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales leadership role where I can drive KPI achievement, coach my team in the field, strengthen customer relationships, and grow brand and channel performance through clear strategy and timely reporting.

I’m an excellent sales manager with over 8 years of sales operation experience, focused on leading and supervising sales teams and delivering results in customer development and channel performance. I’m known for strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a resourceful approach to solving day-to-day business challenges.

In my current role as a Customer Development Officer at Reckittinng Ltd (Bayelsa), I track both primary and secondary sales delivery to ensure 100% achievement, monitor sales KPIs, and review daily performance with my sales team. I design strategies to grow the location business, accompany sales reps to the field for target delivery, build strong relationships with existing and new customers, and send daily and weekly achievement reports to my line manager.

Previously, at OSCOM Integrated Resources Ltd (Reckitt Nig Distributor), I served as Operational Manager, enabling business growth from 26% to 35% and executing accompaniment and on-the-job coaching to implement sales best practices. I’ve also led Key Account responsibilities that drove 100% growth in IMS in-channel from 7m to 15m monthly, strengthened store compliance, improved category performance, and gathered competitive intelligence on pricing, products, and promotions.
