What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise delivery and implementations where I can own outcomes end-to-end, align stakeholders across Sales/Product/Support, drive efficient process improvements, and support client adoption through training and clear execution.

I’m a delivery-focused project leader and implementation consultant with experience owning end-to-end project lifecycles. I manage cross-functional teams, align internal and external stakeholders, and run implementations from discovery through client adoption.

In my current Delivery Manager role, I act as overall project owner for new and existing client implementations and coordinate consulting, integration, and product teams to keep scope, plans, and execution on track. I’ve delivered $2M+ in annual recurring revenue through successful project execution, and I oversee enterprise migration work with a focus on date integrity, operational readiness, and minimal client disruption.

I also bring strong client enablement and improvement instincts: I lead client training, configuration management, gap analyses, and post-implementation reviews to identify what’s working and what to enhance. With experience supporting LATAM region projects and communicating in both English and Spanish, I help bridge product needs to business processes while continuously improving delivery cycle time and implementation efficiency.
