I lead enterprise SaaS delivery and technical programs across government technology, financial services, and cloud software. At Conduent, I lead engineering operations and ongoing services for public health platforms serving more than 30 government agencies.
I manage customer change requests from technical scoping through development, QA, UAT, release planning, and production deployment. I’ve led EBT modernization, reduced an engineering support backlog by 50%, and strengthened delivery governance and executive visibility.

Lead engineering operations and technical project delivery for enterprise public health software platforms. Manage a team of 12 software engineers and a cross-functional change request delivery team, overseeing 15-20 customer projects annually.
Led enterprise customer delivery for government healthcare clients, managing a portfolio of 10-15 concurrent change requests and 3-6 major application migrations annually. Introduced customer-ready UAT test packages and improved migration delivery processes.
Led Agile delivery for the Texas Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) implementation, directing a cross-functional team of approximately 16 members. Managed sprint planning, backlog refinement, RAID management, and executive communications.
